Dr. Racher received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and his Bachelor of Arts degree (Cum Laude) from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Lutheran General Hospital, followed by his residency in neurology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Furthermore, Dr. Racher completed intensive 7-month training in electromyography (EMG) and one-year training in the electroencephalogram (EEG) at the University of Miami School of Medicine.
Dr. Racher is a member of the Baptist Hospital’s Non-Invasive Vascular Laboratory, a member of the Baptist Hospital’s Stroke Review Committee, as well as a member of the Baptist Neuroscience Department Advisory Committee. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer at Baptist Hospital for various neurological topics regarding dementia.
Dr. Racher is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN). Founded in 1948, the AAN now represents more than 36,000 members and is dedicated to promoting the highest quality patient-centered care and to enhancing member career satisfaction.
