After graduating with his undergraduate degree in Economics from Vassar College in 1990, Dr. Samson went on to attend medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. After earning his medical degree in 1997, he went on to perform his residency in internal medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2000, and his fellowship in nephrology at The Mount Sinai Hospital in 2003.
Furthering his education, he graduated with his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2020.
Board-certified in both internal medicine and nephrology, the doctor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
