Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Dr. Ney received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1986.

Furthering his training, he served his internship and residency in urology at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.

Improving standards and promoting competency in the practice of urology, Dr. Ney is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
