Founded in 1971 by Harry Robbins, Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc. is Sarasota County’s longest established real estate firm under the same family ownership. One aspect that Troy cherishes about his career is the meaningful relationships he builds along the way. His expertise lies in guiding buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout their commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, he works closely with investors interested in cash flow properties that generate net income for his clients. 

Born and raised in Sarasota, Troy is a second-generation native of the area. At the age of 19, he joined the family business, Harry E. Robbins Associates Inc., as a sales associate. In 2016, he furthered his career by obtaining his Brokerage License. 

Prior to his involvement in the family business, Troy graduated from Riverview High School. During his time there, he excelled as a three-year letterman on the Varsity Basketball team, served as the two-year president of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and received the Student-Athlete award for four consecutive years. 

Following his graduation, Troy pursued higher education at MCC, now known as State College of Florida, while studying and eventually passing his Florida Real Estate Exam. 

Among his professional affiliations, he is a proud member of esteemed organizations such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Commercial Real Estate Organization (CREO).

Actively participating in various community organizations, Troy is an active member of Sertoma, an assistant coach for the boys’ varsity basketball team at Riverview High School, and an active member of the Distinguished Alumni Foundation at Riverview High School. He also runs one of the chapters for City Commit, which is a non-profit organization focusing on helping men become better husbands, fathers, business men and community leaders. 

Committed to clients’ vision and future, Troy attributes his success to the exceptional individuals who have surrounded him throughout his life, particularly within his grandfather’s real estate firm. His grandfather and father served as phenomenal mentors, and he is fortunate to work alongside his three brothers, who are not only his siblings but also his closest friends. 

Additionally, Troy acknowledges the invaluable contributions of his dedicated staff, who ensure the smooth operation of the office.
