The Philippine-built platform reads voice notes, photos and video, remembers every past conversation, and books the appointment inside the chat — no forms, no links, and no agent required to close the deal.

(WorldFrontNews Editorial):- Makati City, Metropolitan Manila Area Aug 9, 2026 (Issuewire.com) – Every day, deals are won and lost in a place most businesses barely monitor: the DM inbox. Today, Bloom DevLabs Corp. announced the launch of BloomCONNECT, an AI sales agent built to make sure those conversations never go cold. It works inside a business’s existing messaging channels — WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Messages, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email, SMS and web chat — to qualify leads, handle objections and book appointments without a human answering the thread.

Unlike a scripted chatbot that stalls the moment a conversation gets complicated, BloomCONNECT is built to carry a complete sales conversation from first question to closed deal. It reads voice notes, photos, video and PDF attachments; retains up to 100,000 tokens of conversation history and stated preferences per contact; and adapts its approach as the conversation moves. The platform is sold for direct use by business owners and sales teams across nine industries: restaurants and hospitality, local services, real estate, clinics and med spas, education and coaching, high-ticket professional services, ecommerce, SaaS, and social media teams.

“Most of what a sales team spends its day on happens in a DM, not a spreadsheet,” Bloom DevLabs Corp. said in a statement. “BloomCONNECT reads the message, works out what the buyer actually needs, and moves the conversation toward a booked appointment — at 3 a.m., in the buyer’s own language, without anyone waiting on a reply.”

“Every business owner knows the feeling of finding a message from three days ago and wondering what it cost them,” the company said. “That’s the gap BloomCONNECT is built to close — not with more software to manage, but with an agent that just handles it, from the first ‘hi’ to the calendar invite.”

Key capabilities at launch:

  • Seven-channel coverage — WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp Web, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email (IMAP, Gmail, Outlook), SMS and a web chat widget, unified in a single inbox.
  • Media understanding — the agent reads and responds to voice notes, images, video and documents, not just typed text.
  • In-chat appointment booking — no external forms or booking links required.
  • Outbound campaigns and automatic follow-up, plus comment-to-DM handling on Instagram and Facebook posts.
  • One-click optimization — the agent reviews its own best-performing conversations and rewrites its own instructions.
  • An open platform — a REST API covering 40-plus resources, about 20 webhook event types, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and native connections to Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, Intercom, Tidio and Zendesk.
  • Broad language support, configurable response speed, and a human-takeover mode for escalations.

Built for how each industry actually sells:

  • Restaurants and hospitality — handles reservations, group bookings and menu questions over WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat.
  • Local services — qualifies the job, quotes it and books the visit over WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS, for jobs typically running 15,000 to 300,000.
  • Real estate — qualifies buyers and tenants and books viewings over WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, on transactions typically in the 30 million to 300 million range.
  • Clinics and med spas — screens suitability, sends prep information and books consults over WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, for treatments typically running 30,000 to 1.5 million.
  • Education and coaching — qualifies students and parents and books discovery calls over Instagram and WhatsApp, for programs typically running 30,000 to 600,000.
  • High-ticket professional services — qualifies leads, handles price objections and books the consult over WhatsApp and Instagram, on engagements typically running 300,000 to 3 million.
  • Ecommerce brands — recovers abandoned carts and handles product questions, sizing and upsells over Instagram, WhatsApp and web chat, for average order values of 2,500 to 12,000.
  • SaaS — fields inbound enquiries, qualiies leads and books demos over web chat, Instagram and email.
  • Social media teams — turns post comments and ad replies into qualified, triaged DMs over Instagram and Messenger.

Why it matters for the bottom line: the alternatives to a fast, always-on reply are all more expensive. By the company’s own published comparison, a full-time sales hire typically runs 25,000 to 60,000 a month, a virtual assistant 15,000 to 35,000 a month, and a do-it-yourself stack of messaging and scheduling tools 8,000-plus a month “and your time.” BloomCONNECT’s most popular plan, Growth, runs 5,995 a month — with the agent answering around the clock, across every channel, without a shift schedule, a sick day or a training ramp.

BloomCONNECT is priced in Philippine pesos on a flat-credit model built, the company says, to avoid a per-seat tax on growth. A Starter plan starts at 1,495 per month (about US$25, three channels), followed by the Growth tier at 5,995 per month (about US$99, unlimited channels) and a Pro tier at 11,995 per month (about US$197, unlimited channels and unlimited AI replies per chat), with custom, volume-based pricing for Enterprise. Every plan draws from the same credit pool — 10 (about US$0.16) per credit, with an AI response costing one credit per thinking cycle and each AI tool action, such as a booking, web search or campaign generation, costing one credit per call — so cost tracks usage rather than seat count. Pro and Enterprise customers can also connect their own Anthropic API key so AI operations stop drawing from credits.

The company is also using the launch to close out a limited early-adopter offer, and the clock is already running: only six of the one-time, 19,995 Founding Lifetime plans remain, and the 34,995 Standard Lifetime tier is hard-capped at 50 accounts total — after which neither option returns. Both include Pro-level features with no recurring monthly fee.

New accounts can go live in about 15 minutes: the setup flow reads a business’s existing website to draft the agent’s starting instructions, after which the owner picks channels, tests the agent in a playground, and turns it on.

Businesses that want to see the agent handle a live conversation, or lock in one of the remaining Lifetime slots before they’re gone, can do so now at https://connect.bybloomlabs.com. Free trial sign-ups open the second week of August 2026.
