The Triumphant Spirit Foundation helps veterans reconnect, heal, and thrive by using amateur radio as a source of communication, renewed purpose, and community. Its work addresses the isolation many veterans experience by creating meaningful connections with others who understand their service and sacrifice.

Through Share360, participating businesses can support the foundation through their everyday payment-processing activity–without adding a separate donation obligation or increasing their operating costs. A portion of the revenue generated through participating merchant accounts is redirected to the Triumphant Spirit Foundation, creating the potential for recurring support as those businesses continue processing customer transactions.

The initiative is being spearheaded by Chelliah alongside Share360 Advisory Council members Lieutenant Commander E.A. “Rex” King III, U.S. Navy (Ret.), and Colonel Donald E. “Doc” Ballard (Ret.), a recipient of the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions while serving as a Navy hospital corpsman during the Vietnam War.

King began his Navy career in 1965 and served in Vietnam before receiving his commission and completing a distinguished military career spanning several decades. Since retiring, he has remained deeply involved in veteran advocacy, mentoring, and community service. Learn more about LCDR Rex King.

Ballard received the Medal of Honor for placing himself over an enemy grenade to protect wounded Marines and then continuing to provide medical assistance during an attack in Vietnam.
