According to WWE News, Saudi Arabia’s Super ShowDown event that was held on June 7, 2019, has started to take its shape. Along with the pre-existing battles between, the 50-Man Battle Royal, Randy Orton vs. Triple H and Goldberg vs. The Undertaker, the WWE has recently announced a single match that would be held between Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman.

Followed to the match announcement that was made to hype the match, Bobby Lashley took to his Twitter account and had a short message for @BraunStrowman. He wrote that the downward spiral continues for WWESSD @BraunStrowman and that after the later has lost his spot in the MITB ladder match, he now has to face Bobby and concluded by writing a rough few weeks awaits for The Monster.

Recently, Strowman was replaced in the Money in The Bank’s ladder match which took place this Sunday after he was defeated by Sami Zayn during the latest episode of Monday Night RAW. Although many were speculating that the replacement was only made due to Strowman’s injury but as it seems that the replacement is a part of a longer story now between the two.

Strowman after being hyped as one of the up and coming wrestlers on the WWE listing has encountered several setbacks. According to some other reports, the popular wrestler had made some errors during the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal that took place at Wrestlemania 35 in which there were some of his spots missing and especially during the elimination of Mustafa Ali.

Many believe that Luke Harper had encountered another injury while he was trying to protect Ali from getting injured as the three wrestlers had collectively attempted the elimination spot for the second time.

Moreover, Lashley also had some suspect booking after he lost the Intercontinental Championship to Finn Balor. Lio Rush, who was Lashley’s hype man, had caused a lot of buzz in the company after he went public to show his displeasure and dissatisfaction about the compensation package and also about his place in the company. Although Lashley does not seem to be much affected, he certainly has lost some of his momentum which he earlier used to have while he was paired with Rush.

Lately, Lashley has been used in tag team matches and he is currently not scheduled to appear in the weekend’s Money in the Bank event.

The scheduled Super SmackDown match will show a high profile battle between the two big men and will also provide the two talented wrestlers not only a chance to showcase their in-ring abilities but also an opportunity to bring things back into the track with the management and the creative, only if they have a positive showing in Saudi Arabia.

The WWE has even given a hint on their official website about the issue, where they said that the two explosive Superstars will thereby boast about their unique form of ruthless aggression in the game that would further lead to cause an international incident of pain and destruction when everything is said and done. They concluded the message by raising a question that whether or not the ring will be able to contain these two terrific superstars and to know more about it, the fans have to check out the WWE Super ShowDown.

WWE’s Super ShowDown is scheduled to take place on June 7, 2019, and shall be broadcasted as a WWE Network Special live from the King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
