It is announced by Activision and Infinity Ward on Monday that the upcoming season four of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare will no longer release on the mentioned date due to some inconvenient delay. They have also mentioned that there will be a New Date To Be Announced Later but it is not the right time to launch a new edition of such a high-ranked game. They have not hesitated to announce the delay but that has certainly disappointed many thousands of COD fans who could not catch a breath before they could play the newest version. Though it is not new to experience such hassles as we have seen the giants of the gaming world such as EA and Sony doing the same and Activision has joined the same league by delaying the launch of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare fourth season.
Activision and Infinity Ward posted a message dedicating to the players that it would not be an appropriate time to have a new start for Modern Warfare, Warzone, and Call of Duty: Mobile. Activision confirmed in the message that they decided to hold up the release of Modern Warfare Season 4 and Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 to later dates. The world is at war and everyone should be concerned about equality, justice, and change to sustain modern welfare from every side. The situation has demanded to become united and speak up against discrimination.
Previously, Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare season four and Warzone were about to come out on Wednesday, June 3. But the situation changed so drastically that Activision and Infinity Ward had to call off the new launch of the upcoming version worldwide and did not mentioned the new date for its release.
Though the release is canceled, it is a matter of few weeks of waiting till this comes along the new edition of Warzone’s fourth season. Captain Prince has been added as a new operator at the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone’s new season. Though Gaz will be in the game but later. Both Gaz and Captain Price will be seen as Coalition operators because of the team’s affiliation with British SAS.
Activision has introduced several new maps that will be added in the new version of Modern warfare when finally the fourth season will be out. There is a list of the following maps that will be featured in the next game mode.
Modern Warfare Maps: Scrapyard, Oil Rig, Broadcast, Garden, Harbor, and Gunfight Maps: Drainage, Train, Trench, and Townhouse.
Some of the names might look similar because these maps have featured in all of Duty: Warzone but these will be new additions to the Modern Warfare’s multiplayer rotation. The scrapyard was previously shown in the recent trailer for Warzone.
There will be more changes in the basket for Warzone. Now the players will have the power to pick up guns on Warzone’s map — Verdansk — they cannot obtain them via their loadouts. Other aspects will be added as well to the map of the new season.
The fans are worried about not hearing any confirmed date for the launch but it is assumed that Activision will take at least a few weeks to resume the launch of the new game. People should stay positive because it is realistic to suppose that it will be out by the end of the month.
