With an impressive educational background, Dr. John attended Princeton University and received his medical degree from The Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He completed his residency in general surgery at the SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, before going on to become a Transplant Fellow at New York University Medical Center and a Surgical Research Fellow at The State University of New York.
In pursuit of clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in general surgery and transplant surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS).
